CARE (Community Aid and Rural Empowerment) is a Chitral-based NGO working across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to support vulnerable rural communities. Established in 2025, CARE focuses on youth and women empowerment, education, healthcare, legal aid, small business development, and disaster response. Guided by values of integrity, compassion, and sustainability, CARE partners with local and international organizations to build resilient, self-reliant communities.
